The role

You join Meteoria to work on the main application, ship new product features, improve our internal tools, build automations, and contribute to Python scripts powering our operations.

Real autonomy

You pick a topic, you carry it end to end. We trust you, we do not micromanage, you decide how: architecture, libs, sequencing, ship. You work directly with the founders on priorities. In return, we expect you to honor your commitments and to gather product / business context before coding.

Concretely:

No rigid planning, no pre-chewed tickets, no PR review gate blocking you
You own your domain end to end, from Prisma schema to React component, from Python cron job to production
You can break things, we fix, we learn

Tech stack

Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, React
Backend: Node.js, Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL
Automation and scripts: Python (cron jobs, data processing, external integrations)
Integrations: LLMs, MCP, Looker Studio

What you will do

Ship product features end to end, from Prisma schema to React component
Work on our Python analysis pipelines (cron jobs, batch processing, LLM integrations)
Improve the internal tools used daily by ops and sales
Design robust automations (idempotency, observability, retries, monitoring)
Maintain and extend our LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), our MCP server, our Looker Studio connector
Work close to product, operations, and business to understand the stakes before coding
Contribute to structural tech decisions: new service, architecture refactor, technology choice

Profile

You write clean, readable TypeScript and Python, at production level
You read existing code before writing new code
You own the quality of what you ship and take ownership of what you deliver
You balance speed, quality, and impact, and you know when to use which
You communicate clearly with non-technical people (sales, ops, marketing)
